NOTE: In the event the Applicant or Sponsor is related to the Detachment Commandant / Detachment Paymaster, then the Detachment “Senior Vice Commandant” will certify in the lines below after verifying that the Sponsor is a paid member in good standing as their “DESIGNEE”. If there is still a conflict the Judge Advocate will sign as Designee.
